Revocation of your consent to data processing

Processing of your personal data is only possible with your explicit consent. You may revoke already given consent at any time. For revocation, it is sufficient to send an informal notice via eMail. The revocation of already given consent does not affect the validity of data processing performed before that revocation.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

As data subject you have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed by the collection, processing or use of your personal data. The competent supervisory authority for infringements of data protection provisions is the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Federal State where our association is registered. Right of data transfer

You have the right to request that data we are processing with your consent or for the performance of a contract will be transferred to you or a third party. The data will be provided in a machine readable format. A request for a direct data transfer to another data controller can only be honoured if technically feasible.

Right of information, correction, blockage, erasure

SSL/TLS-Encryption

For security reasons and to safeguard the transmission of confidential data you send to us, our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. This prevents third parties from eavesdropping on data in transmission. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the „https://“ in the address bar of your browser as well as from the lock symbol displayed there by your browser.

Contact form

Data sent via our contact form, as well as your contact details, will be stored to handle your enquiry and to be available for follow-up questions. These data will not be transferred to other bodies unless you have consented.

Access to our web site is logged in anonymized way only. In particular, the IP address is not logged.

Our website enables you to make payments via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you transfer money via PayPal, the payment data entered by you are transmitted to PayPal.

Transmission of your data to PayPal is performed based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Consent) und Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Processing for performance of a contract).
