For samhain/beltane users in need of quick response times and
guaranteed support

- € 1500/year
- We get your problem fixed, no matter how much effort it takes.
- Support contact is limited to e-mail.
- One business day response time.
- Up to four incidents per quarter. For requests in excess of four incidents per quarter, support will be provided at a rate of 70 €/hour.
- No installation support included.
- Premium
- € 3000/year
- We get your problem fixed, no matter how much effort it takes.
- Support by e-mail, phone, or other means (e.g. Teamviewer).
- One business day response time.
- Up to eight incidents per quarter. For requests in excess of eight incidents per quarter, support will be provided at a rate of 70 €/hour.
- No installation support included.
What is a support incident?
A support incident is a single support issue that cannot be broken down into multiple problems. If an incident consists of multiple problems, each problem will be treated as a separate incident.
What if my problem cannot be fixed?
If your problem cannot be fixed, it will not be charged towards your support contract.
